About Us

Hans responsibilities include directing all aspects of the development, construction, and asset management activities at Stream. Prior to co-founding Stream Property Partners Inc., Hans ran Metamorphic Properties Inc. for five years where he developed Mill Lake Flats in Abbotsford, BC. Prior to that he was a Vice President at Intracorp Projects Ltd. During his time there, he was involved in the development of The Versatile, Orizon on Third, Black and Whites, Metroplace Silver, MC2, and Highland Park Projects. Prior to Intracorp, he was with Polygon Homes as a Senior Manager and was involved in the Roycroft, Thomas House, Nakoma Clube, Laureates Walk, Tamarack, Cambridge I and II, Mayfair Place, Anderson Walk, Kinfield, Hartwell, Farrington Park, Ledgeview and Kensal Walk developments. Hans holds and undergrad in Economics and an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Hans resides in North Vancouver, with his wife and three children.
