About Us

Darcy is responsible for the operations and financial management of the company, and is actively involved in the sourcing, due diligence, structuring and capitalization of each investment offering sponsored by Stream. Prior to establishing Stream, Darcy served as Vice President at Churchill International Property Corporation from 2016 to 2020 where he was involved in all aspects of asset management and leasing for a $500 Million portfolio of commercial real estate on behalf of 3,100+ investors. During his tenure at Churchill, Darcy was directly involved with the acquisition, financing and disposition of assets totaling $115 Million in aggregate value. Prior to joining Churchill, he spent five years at a Vancouver-based investment firm which managed a $460 Million portfolio of multifamily properties in Canada and the United States on behalf of 4,300+ investors. Darcy graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Geography (’96) and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. Darcy resides in the North Okanagan with his wife and four children.
